7:30 – 8:00am Morning meditation
6:45 – 8:15pm Dharma yoga with Aqeel
7:00 – 7:45pm Evening meditation
7:45 – 9:00pm Writing from the Gut
10:30am – 12:00pm Dharma yoga with Aqeel
All classes and events are on a donation basis, in the tradition of dana (generosity). Please bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion if you have one.
