Are you interested in deepening your meditation practice in community? Join us for a day of silent meditation on the first Saturday of each month.
Format of the Daylong
We observe the age-old tradition of “noble silence” throughout the day and alternate between sitting and walking meditation.
At the end of the day, we will break silence and those who are interested are welcome to stay for tea and conversation.
Please bring your own cushion, mat, bench, or blanket for sitting, as we only have a limited number to share.
