“Go back and take care of yourself.
Your body needs you, your feelings need you, your perceptions need you.
Your suffering needs you to acknowledge it.
Go home and be there for all these things….”
— Thich Nhat Hanh
We all need strong roots in order to thrive and withstand the storms of our life. What are our roots? Where do we take refuge when things become difficult?
Join Kaira Jewel Lingo on Thursday, November 16 at the Lamont Dharma House to explore ways to strengthen our connections to the things that keep us healthy and grounded. We will also look into the profound gifts that times of chaos and turmoil can provide, if we know how to let go and enjoy the ride!
The session is from 7-8:30 p.m. If you arrive late please wait to enter until the meditation has ended. Then you can enter through the second door at end of hallway.
The session will include silent meditation, a dharma talk, and a brief time Q and A.
